I Haven’t Received My Immunotec Products Yet — What Should I Do?

Check your email for a tracking number, including your spam or junk folder.
Next, log in to your back office to review your order status.

Timeframe: Standard returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. A 14-day cooling-off period applies where required.

Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in saleable condition.

Refunds: Refunds are processed within 14–15 business days after the return is received.

Shipping: Return shipping costs during the 14-day cooling-off period are the responsibility of the customer.
